A well-maintained and beautiful old hotel in Harrogate with attentive staff at the reception desk. Compact airy rooms with garden view and a King sized bed free of charge by the Ladies, as for instance. Good breakfast and outstanding food. Very central location unable to book at the restaurant. The pool area is nice too. Recommend to others👍😀

Conveniently located near an exhibition venue, making it easy to access 👍. the gardens were off-limits due to the event, but the shared areas and bathrooms were still accessible.

by and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in harrogate, had much fun and met wonderfully helpful and really helpful staff in all areas. the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was very very good with coffee refills and the scrambled egg, as for instance. absolutely perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

Disappointing aspect was poor bathroom.

Recent renovations have made this hotel look fantastic. the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. the breakfast spread offers a variety of options. the rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped. the location near the gardens and attractions of Harrogate is unbeatable.

The hotel is in a very central location, not far from beautiful restaurants and the attractions of Harrogate. My room was equipped with useful amenities like a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron. - It was a gorgeous hotel, I would definitely go back.

Loved how the superior queen room with bath was arranged when we arrived. Its location at a medium distance from Commercial Street was exceptionally nice. And the area was pretty quiet, really close to communal areas and communal lavatories, Harrogate for 10 years in the 1980s, and the town centre.
